Pranayama
' Pranayama ' meditation can be described as one of the unique & most popular meditation of the ' Hatha yoga ' method of yoga.that originated in india.
Pranayama meditation also absorbs the subtle energies of the vegetation around as & activates the kundalini energy wich is believed to be stored inside the human body. The main purpose of pranayama meditation is to transform the process of breathing in to regularity.
It can be assumed that ' pranayama ' meditation was the basis for the ' Anapanasathi ' meditation in the buddhist philosophy.
The philosophy of yoga teaches that by practicing pranayama meditation correctly,one attains various psychic abilities..
* Ability to know the minds of others
* Ability to know the future, among these are various abilities such as ability.
There are many reports of such uniquely endowed yogis in india.Including Shyama Charan Lahiri Mahasaya, Sri Yuktheshwar Giri, Paramahansa Yogananda. Pranayama meditation should ne done only from 4am to 11am or 4pm to 5.40pm. Also, pranayama meditation should be done only in the posture of Padmasana, Siddhasana or Sukhasana. Also, do not overeat before meditation.it is very important to keep the stomach empty.
In the pranayama meditation,
* Breathing to take
* Holding the breath to take
* Exhalation, the thre actions must be done according to a certain ratio.it is best for a beginner to perform this process at the beginning of the meditation at a ratio of 1 : 4 : 2 or 3 : 12 : 6 per seconds.the time it takes to gradudlly breathe,hold & exhale can be extended.
Cover the right nostril with one hand,in hule & exhale through the left nostril & exhale through the right nostril..
Close the left nostril, inhale & exhale through the right nostril, & exhale through the left nostril.do this alternately in this way. Increase the time allotted for it.yogis teach that meditation lauds to longevity & healthy.
